Home Service Contract

I. The Parties

This Home Service Contract ("Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date, defined as the date of purchase, by and between the following parties:

  1. Client: The individual or entity purchasing the home service package, with a mailing address specified in the "Address of Service" entered upon booking the service ("Client").
  2. Service Provider: Pulirr LLC, with a mailing address of 1700 E Stone Creek Way, Eagle Mountain, Utah ("Service Company" or "Service Provider").

Hereinafter, the Client and Service Provider may be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."

II. Commencement Date

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date and time the service was booked ("Commencement Date") and shall terminate upon completion of services rendered or at-will by cancellation, subject to the Service Company's cancellation policy.

III. Service Provider’s Duties

The Client warrants that the information provided at booking, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, is accurate. The Service Provider shall perform the specified services ("Duties" or "Tasks") in accordance with the terms herein and the service description purchased by the Client.

IV. Payment Amount

The amount paid by the Client at the time of purchase constitutes full compensation for the services rendered, unless discrepancies in the provided information result in additional charges not exceeding the correct service price.

V. Inspection of Duties

The Client shall inspect the completed services. Any defects or incomplete work must be reported within 24 hours for correction by the Service Provider. Failure to permit the Service Provider to address issues constitutes a waiver of the satisfaction guarantee, and services will be deemed complete.

VI. Cancellation Policy

The Client agrees to adhere to the Service Provider’s cancellation policy, available on the Service Provider’s website. The Service Provider may, at its discretion, accommodate unforeseen Client circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

VII. Taxes

The Service Provider shall remit all applicable sales or use taxes on behalf of the Client as required by law.

VIII. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks, defined as bad faith attempts by the Client to obtain a refund while bypassing the Service Provider’s satisfaction guarantee, will result in the debt being pursued through collections. Customer information will be used only for the sole purpose of collecting debt by the debt collection agency. After a debt is referred to a debt collection company, Pulirr can no longer accept any payments directly as the debt was already referred.

IX. Reviews and Public Claims

The Client agrees that any negative reviews, social media posts, or public complaints made in bad faith, and with the intension to extort, and prior to providing the Service Provider a reasonable opportunity to correct any issues will immediately void all satisfaction guarantees, refund eligibility, and future booking privileges. Public defamation—defined as negative commentary made in bad faith or refusing the service provider to make it right—will trigger an internal investigation. All pending services and financial claims will be frozen until the investigation concludes. Based on the results of the investigation, specifically if the review was done as a form to extort, or in bad faith, the Service Provider reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including removal demands and damages for reputational harm, in the event of false, misleading, extorting, or defamatory statements. Clients who engage in bad faith reviews, or attempt to publicly extort the Service Provider will be blacklisted from future services indefinitely.

X Safety

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services if the premises are deemed unsafe due to hazardous conditions or hostility. The Client will not be entitled to a refund under such circumstances. The Service Provider may reschedule services at its discretion. Repeated safety terminations will result in contract termination without refund.

XI. Subcontracting Partners

The Service Provider may subcontract services to vetted and verified partners ("Trusted Partner" or "Trusted Partners") to enhance service delivery. Any disputes or claims related to subcontracted services shall be addressed directly with the Trusted Partner, with the Service Provider facilitating resolution.

XII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

XIII. Additional Acknowledgments

Both Parties acknowledge that:

  1. This Agreement is executed voluntarily and without duress.
  2. Both Parties have read and understood the terms and binding nature of this Agreement.
  3. Booking and purchasing services from the Service Provider’s website constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
