Unfortunately no. We are an e-commerce home service business and require a payment to book our services. Our goal is to make it extremely simple for our clients to book us and pay for the service online.

We take most payment methods from credit cards, debit cards, and even Installments though our payment processor. Simple choose a payment method when booking.

Our installments option can be selected at checkout.

Our installments allow you to split the cost of our service in 6 interest-free monthly payments. There are no credit checks or fees. It’s a “Get now, pay later” type of deal and it is awesome!

Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly (bimonthly), triweekly, monthly, every 6 weeks, and even every 8 weeks reoccurring cleaning services.

All packages include cleaning your entire home. We charge a flat rate to do this. Our team of professionals is trained specifically for quality while going through a sequence of tasks that will ultimately yield a spotless home. We have gotten very good at this. With that said, these are the *estimated completion times for each package:

The Signature package goes for at least 45 minutes (for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom studio), but it may go a bit longer depending on the size and condition of home. The Deep Cleaning Add-on adds at least an additional hour to a standard cleaning, but could be way longer depending on the size and condition of the home.

The Voyager package takes at least 3.5 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.

We strive to be efficient and thorough with our cleaning so you have a great experience with our company and we get your business again. For that reason, we will try our best to be quick while giving you the best quality.

No. You already paid in full when you booked our service.

The only time you would have to pay anything is if you request any add-ons while we are working on your home. We will let you know of the charges before we do any extra tasks.

Add-ons are convenient sub-services that you can add to you cleaning package for a small additional fee (e.g. cleaning walls, cleaning inside oven, etc.). 

You can select an add-on when booking.

We do not currently offer commercial cleaning services. We only focus on our residential customers.

Yes! You can book us with as little as a 2-hour notice depending on availability. Contact us if you need a last minute booking.

Yes, you can reschedule anytime to a different date.

We work Mondays through Saturdays 10AM - 5:30PM. Sundays we are closed; however, we can make a Sunday exception if you really need one.

Yes, we offer phone support to answer any of your questions. You can call us or text us. We will answer the phone every time.

We charge a flat fee to clean your entire home. This only includes interior.

Absolutely! We bring our own eco-friendly and premium products to clean your home. We also bring our own equipment. You do not need to provide anything, unless you prefer that we use your equipment and products.

Yes! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right for you! We will re-clean any trouble areas.
