Pulirr Pro: Game Grid – Quarterly Cleaning Plan Agreement

Terms of Service

Effective Date: Upon subscription activation
Client: Game Grid – 1593 North Redwood Road #4, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045
Plan Name: Pulirr Pro: Game Grid – Quarterly Cleaning Plan
Service Frequency: Quarterly (every 3 months). Client may skip services or increase frequency as needed.
Total Service Area: 2,700 sq. ft.

1. Scope of Services

Pulirr will provide comprehensive commercial cleaning services on a quarterly basis, including:

  • Deep cleaning and shampooing of 5 carpeted areas (approx. 800–1,000 sq. ft.)
  • Vacuuming and mopping of all concrete flooring
  • Full cleaning and sanitization of 2 bathrooms (each with 1 toilet and 1 sink)
  • Interior and exterior window washing (7 windows total)
  • Cleaning of all interior glass and mirrors
  • Dusting and wiping of shelving, counters, and display areas (with extra care for delicate inventory)
  • Sanitization of high-touch surfaces, including doors, chairs, and arcade equipment
  • Cleaning of front entry walls, floors, and counters

2. Recurring Service, Price & Payment

  • This cleaning plan is billed automatically every 3 months to the card on file, but the charge frequency will ultimately depend on how often the client receives the service.
  • The client may adjust the frequency of cleanings based on business needs (more or less frequent).
  • Client will be charged per cleaning. Payments (except for the first payment which is due at booking) are processed 24 hours before each scheduled visit.
  • A minimum commitment of three (3) services is required. After that, the quarterly cleaning plan will renew automatically every quarter until canceled.
  • The per-visit price is fixed at $625.00 and guaranteed for 24 months.
  • After 24 months, Pulirr may adjust pricing with a minimum 60-day written notice. Long-term clients is Pulirr's goal, so price increases are always negotiable.
  • Significant changes in scope (e.g., increased square footage or labor requirements) may result in a revised quote.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Service appointments will be scheduled in coordination with Game Grid management.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring access to the premises on the day of service.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disruption of service.

4. Cancellation & Termination

  • After the 3-service minimum is met, the subscription will continue unless canceled by the client.
  • Early cancellation before fulfilling the 3-service minimum will incur a $50 cancellation fee to account for the recurring service discount applied.
  • Pulirr reserves the right to terminate this agreement due to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or repeated failure to provide access—after reasonable efforts have been made to perform the service.
  • The client may cancel before the 3-service minimum if there are any documented quality issues that for some reason cannot be corrected by the service company.

5. Service Guarantee & Issues

  • Pulirr guarantees high-quality cleaning at every visit.
  • Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
  • If a valid issue is reported, Pulirr will return to address it at no additional charge.

6. Liability & Special Care

  • Pulirr will take special care around shelving, counters, and inventory—especially delicate or valuable items.
  • The client agrees to communicate any special handling instructions or restricted access areas in advance.
  • While Pulirr is fully insured, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.

7. Modifications

  • Changes to the scope of work may require a revised quote and must be approved in writing.
  • This agreement is specific to Game Grid’s Saratoga Springs location and is non-transferable without Pulirr’s written consent.
