Our Signature Package is designed to keep your home feeling fresh, comfortable, and under control without overcomplicating things.

It’s the perfect fit for most homes that just need a reliable, professional reset.

If your home needs extra attention (buildup, heavy grime, or hasn’t been cleaned in over 6 months), we recommend selecting our Royal Package (our deep cleaning service) so we can give it the time and detail it deserves.

Simple, Flat-Rate Pricing

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home (no need to count living rooms, kitchens, etc.).

This helps us understand the size of your space and instantly calculate your price. No surprises, no back-and-forth.

What’s Included

We clean your entire home with attention to the areas that matter most. 

Our goal is simple: to leave your home feeling noticeably refreshed, reset, and easy to enjoy.

Living Areas

• Vacuuming carpets (if applicable)
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Light tidying (placing items like toys or loose items into a neat central area)
• Dusting surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor, tables, etc.

Dining Areas

• Vacuuming carpets (if applicable)
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Light tidying (dishes will be placed in sink, surfaces reset)
• Dusting tables, chairs, and furniture

Kitchen

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Wiping down all countertops (including around small appliances)
• Cleaning exterior of cabinets, handles, and knobs
• Wiping exterior of refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave
• Stovetop cleaning (crumbs, surface marks, light oil splashes)
• Cleaning top of refrigerator
• Taking out trash
• Dusting surrounding furniture (barstools, tables, etc.)

Bedrooms

• Vacuuming carpets (if applicable)
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Light tidying and resetting the space (for example, placing clothes in hampers, toys in toy bins, and loose items into a neat central area)
• Making beds
• Changing sheets upon request, as long as fresh sheets are left out for our team
• Dusting furniture and surfaces (nightstands, dressers, shelves, etc.)
• Taking out trash
  

Bathrooms

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets
• Wiping down showers and tubs (walls and floors)
• Polishing mirrors
• Wiping exterior of cabinets and drawers
• Light tidying (towels, rugs, and small items reset neatly)
• Dusting shelves and surfaces
• Taking out trash
  

Time Expectation

Most homes take 1.5–2 hours on average, depending on size and condition. 

Smaller homes may take closer to 1 hour, while larger homes can take several hours.

We work efficiently so you can enjoy your clean home, not work around us all day.

A quick note on expectations

Our Signature Package focuses on maintenance cleaning by keeping your home consistently clean and comfortable.

This is the same package most of our recurring customers use to keep their homes consistently in great shape.

For the best results:

• Surfaces should be reasonably accessible (not heavily cluttered)
• We perform light organizing, but not full decluttering
• We clean around items, rather than moving everything

Not Included (Available as Add-Ons or Deep Cleaning)

To keep pricing fair and consistent, the following are not included in this package:

• Inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave interior)
• Inside cabinets, closets, or pantry
• Interior windows or blinds
• Baseboards, grout detailing, or heavy buildup removal
• Dishwashing or putting dishes away
• Laundry or folding
• Upholstery or stain removal
• Detailed fan blade cleaning

When to choose our Royal Package (deep cleaning) instead

If your home has any of the following, we strongly recommend buying our Royal Package (our deep cleaning service) so we can do the job right:

• Heavy buildup (grease, soap scum, heavy dust)
• Areas that haven’t been cleaned in over 6 months
• Strong odors
  
• Construction dust or post-renovation debris
